By booking an appointment with Bella Bronzed Tanning, you agree to the following terms.

Bookings

Appointments can be made online, by phone, text message or email.

Appointments are confirmed once you receive confirmation from Bella Bronzed.

​

Mobile Appointments

Bella Bronzed provides mobile spray tanning throughout selected suburbs within Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Inner City.

Travel fees apply based on your suburb and are displayed during the booking process.

If an incorrect travel zone is selected, Bella Bronzed reserves the right to charge the applicable travel fee before the appointment proceeds.

Clients are responsible for ensuring there is:

• Adequate indoor space

• Access to a standard power outlet

• A safe and accessible area for setup

All professional equipment, including a pop-up tanning tent, extraction unit and floor protection, is supplied.

Studio Appointments

Studio appointments are held in our private Surry Hills studio.

The full address will be provided after your booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.

The following fees apply:

• More than 24 hours' notice: No charge

• 24 hours or less: 50% of the booking value

• Less than 12 hours' notice or failure to attend: 100% of the booking value

Cancellation fees help cover the reserved appointment time and the inability to offer that appointment to another client.

Late Arrivals/Waiting Time

Please be ready at your scheduled appointment time.

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled where necessary to avoid delaying subsequent bookings.

Where a client's lateness extends the appointment or significantly impacts our schedule, a $20 late arrival fee may apply.

If an appointment cannot proceed due to a client's lateness, the applicable cancellation fee may be charged.

Preparation

For the best possible results, clients should follow the preparation instructions provided before their appointment.

Bella Bronzed cannot guarantee results where preparation or aftercare instructions have not been followed.

Results

Spray tans develop differently depending on:

• Skin type

• Skincare products

• Medications

• Hormones

• Lifestyle

• Aftercare

While every effort is made to achieve your desired colour, individual results may vary.

Allergies and Skin Conditions

If you have sensitive skin, allergies or a medical condition affecting your skin, please advise us before your appointment.

Patch testing is available upon request at our studio.

Pregnancy

Spray tanning during pregnancy is a personal decision.

If you are pregnant, we recommend discussing spray tanning with your healthcare provider before booking and wearing a mask during your appointment.

Children

Clients under 16 years of age must have a parent or guardian present.

​

​

Mobile Appointment Requirements

For mobile appointments, clients must provide:

• Adequate indoor space

• Access to a power point

• Reasonable ventilation

Bella Bronzed supplies all professional equipment, including a pop-up tanning tent.

Group Bookings

Group bookings, bridal bookings and event bookings may require additional planning or deposits.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

Liability

Bella Bronzed Tanning is not responsible for tanning results affected by:

• Failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions

• Swimming or excessive sweating during development

• Use of oils or unsuitable skincare products

• Individual skin chemistry

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service where permitted by Australian law.
